ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

Vessel Collective, LLC
Last updated: July 29, 2026

OUR COMMITMENT

We want myvessel.co to be usable by everyone, including people who browse with a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, use voice control, rely on magnification, or need reduced motion. We are working toward that, and we are not finished.

This page tells you where we actually stand, what we are doing about it, and how to reach a person if something on our site does not work for you.

THE STANDARD WE ARE WORKING TOWARD

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA as our reference standard. WCAG is published by the World Wide Web Consortium and is the standard most commonly applied to commercial websites in the United States. Where WCAG 2.2 adds criteria that improve the experience for people using mobile devices or who have cognitive disabilities, we adopt them as we are able.

WHERE WE STAND TODAY

We do not claim that this website is fully conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Making that claim before it is true would be both inaccurate and unhelpful to the people this page is for.

What we can tell you honestly:

  • We are working toward conformance, and we treat accessibility defects as defects, not as enhancements.

  • Parts of our site are built on third-party platforms, including our website builder and our checkout. We do not control every line of their code, and some accessibility behavior is determined by them. Where we find a barrier we cannot fix ourselves, we raise it with the provider and we look for a workaround in the meantime.

  • Some of our product imagery contains text, including supplement facts panels. Where that is the case, we are working to make the same information available in selectable, screen-reader-accessible text on the page.

  • We have not commissioned a full independent audit. When we do, we will say so here and summarize the result.

We would rather publish an honest and incomplete statement than a confident and false one.

WHAT WE ARE DOING

  • Reviewing pages for keyboard navigability, visible focus indicators, and logical heading structure.

  • Providing meaningful alternative text for images that convey information, and marking decorative images so assistive technology can skip them.

  • Checking color contrast against the WCAG AA thresholds.

  • Making form fields properly labeled and error messages clearly associated with the field they describe.

  • Ensuring information is not conveyed by color alone.

  • Testing with a screen reader and with keyboard-only navigation as part of reviewing significant page changes.

We do not use an accessibility overlay, widget, or plug-in. These tools claim to make a site conformant automatically. They do not, they frequently interfere with the assistive technology a person has already configured, and we do not consider them a substitute for fixing the underlying site. We mention this so you know what to expect when you arrive.

TELL US WHEN SOMETHING DOES NOT WORK

If you encounter a barrier on our website, or if you need information from our site in a different format, please contact us. You do not need to know the technical name for the problem. Describing what you were trying to do and what happened is enough.

Email: accessibility@myvessel.co
General support: support@myvessel.co
Postal address: Vessel Collective, LLC, 8309 Edgemoor Place, Austin, TX 78749

It helps us if you can include the page address, a description of the problem, and the browser, device, or assistive technology you were using. Please send it even if you cannot.

What happens next

  • We will acknowledge your message within three (3) business days.

  • We will give you a substantive response, including what we found and what we intend to do, within ten (10) business days. If a fix will take longer than that, we will tell you our plan and our timeline rather than going quiet.

  • If you were trying to buy something and could not, tell us and we will complete the order with you directly, by email or by phone, at the same price and with the same guarantee. You should never lose access to a product because our website failed you.

ALTERNATIVE WAYS TO REACH US

If any part of our website is not working for you, you can place an order, ask a question, start a guarantee claim, or make a privacy request by emailing support@myvessel.co. We will handle it the same way we would handle it on the site.

ABOUT THIS STATEMENT
